These Terms & Conditions explain how LEVX Studios currently works with clients and visitors across our website and digital services.

Specific engagements are always confirmed in writing on a per-project basis. These terms may be updated from time to time as our services and legal requirements develop.

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the LEVX Studios website and the digital services provided by LEVX Studios, an independent UK-based digital studio.

By accessing this website or engaging LEVX Studios for any service, you agree to these terms.

LEVX Studios provides services including, but not limited to:

• Websites
• Automation Systems
• Digital Systems & Business Apps
• Brand Identity
• Product Mockups
• Elite Printing

The exact scope, deliverables and timelines for each engagement are agreed in writing on a per-project basis.

All quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.

Projects typically require an upfront deposit before work begins, with the remainder due in line with the agreed payment schedule.

Late payments may pause delivery and incur reasonable additional charges.

To deliver successful work, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project information
• Supply required content and assets on time
• Respond to review requests within agreed timeframes
• Ensure they hold rights to any materials they supply

Upon full payment, ownership of final, agreed deliverables transfers to the client unless otherwise stated in writing.

LEVX Studios retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and marketing materials.

Source files, working files and underlying systems remain the property of LEVX Studios unless explicitly included in the agreed deliverables.

Each project includes a reasonable number of revision rounds as agreed in the project scope. Additional revisions may be quoted separately. Sign-off is required at key stages to keep projects on schedule.

Projects may rely on third-party platforms (such as hosting, domains, payment processors and AI providers). These services operate under their own terms and pricing, which the client is responsible for accepting and maintaining.

LEVX Studios provides services with reasonable care and skill but is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our services or website.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Either party may terminate an engagement with reasonable written notice. Fees for work completed up to the termination date remain payable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
